Information for Tour Guides

If you’re guiding a group to the Bahá'í House of Worship you may ask for assistance from the volunteers and inquire about additional information for groups.

If you wish to give us advance intimation of group arrival, please call our Group Desk (26444029 ext 303) at the House of Worship. This desk will provide all necessary information. The person at the Group Desk may also be able to make any special arrangements such as providing a volunteer for assisting your group or arranging for a wheelchair.

Group Briefing

Groups larger than 10 and/or those who wish to have a brief introduction to the House of Worship may approach any of our volunteers on the pathway wearing the volunteer badge or our volunteers near the Shoe Room for this purpose. The volunteer will then escort you and your group to the Conference Hall for a brief introduction which will take about 5 minutes.

You will then be directed to the Prayer Hall through a side path and be asked to leave your shoes below the steps, which lead to the Prayer Hall.

Information Centre

The Information Centre is designed to be a self-guided tour. However, volunteer guides posted in the gallery of the Information Centre help visitors with their enquiries. Coming in a group it is also possible to arrange a tour. Please ask a volunteer at the exit door of the Prayer Hall.
